Who are we, and why do we have this website?
We are Matt and Shannon, and we are an engaged couple, happily awaiting the day we will be wed as husband and wife. We created this website in order to keep our family and friends updated with information on the big day.
How did we meet?
Matt met Shannon at a dance during his sophomore year in high school. During the next year, they were in a class togeter, and Matt joined the Bible Study that she helped run. Their paths crossed again after high school, and they started going out.
When did we get engaged?
On Christmas day of 2008, after everyone had opened their presents and it was Shannon's turn, Matt dropped on one knee and popped the question, to which he recieved a happy and joyous "Yes!"

Matt:
- Is studying to become a web developer
- Has played the guitar for almost eight years
- Also plays the violin
- Considers Fringe one of the best shows on TV
- Bites his nails, even though he shouldn't
- Thinks the only thing as beautiful as Shannon is Shannon
- Is currently pursuing her bachelors degree in interdiscipilinary studies with an emphasis on pre-k through 6th grade
- Loves watching Grey's Anatomy
- Looks stunning no matter what she wears
- Goes to Regent University
- Can cook like nobody's business
